AstriDevCon 2024 Registration Reminder

With a little over a month before AstriDevCon 2024 this is a reminder that registration is available and required for attendance. You can register by following the registration link on the AstriDevCon documentation page. The developer conference is where we discuss all things Asterisk. Problems developers are running into, its direction, the future, and more. For 2024 it will be held physically in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as part of ITEXPO on February 14, 2024 the day before AstriCon itself. For those unable to attend it will also be available virtually. We will also be using the #asterisk-dev IRC channel on Libera for text discussion as needed. If you plan on going to AstriDevCon, or attending virtually, please do not forget to register.

Joshua Colp is the Asterisk Project Lead. This is just a fancy way of saying he makes sure the ship is pointed in the right direction. He originally started in the community submitting simple patches and grew into improving and creating new core components of Asterisk itself. He is a self-taught programmer who believes in finding the balance between doing things the way they should be done and doing what is right for the people using the software. In his spare time he enjoys smashing fax machines.
