The following are the issues resolved in this release candidate:
- Resolve deadlock between pending CDR and batch CDR locks
(Issue ASTERISK-21162. Reported by Chase Venters) - Resolve deadlock between SIP registration and channel based functions
(Issue ASTERISK-21068. Reported by Nicolas Bouliane) - Fix white noise on SRTP decryption
