Jabber call progress branch

This branch is based on the 1.4 branch and has had the res_jabber module that was in /trunk back-ported to it.
MixMonitor Integration with app_queue
Submitted by bweschke on Thu, 05/04/2006 - 15:35So, we've gone ahead and put up a patch to integrate the new MixMonitor functionality introduced with 1.2 in app_queue as an alternative to the old Monitor functionality. Queue Improvements Branch

The original objective of it was to allow one to specify an AGI script to fire off on the caller's channel right before that channel got bridged with the queue member.
